Until the Birdemic is Acknowledged and Repented, There Is No Good -- Only Lesser Evil

There's an awful lot of delusional nonsense about geopolitical good guys and bad guys flooding the internet at the moment.

To no one's surprise, the stuff the mainstream is spewing is ridiculous. Unfortunately, much of the stuff coming from alternative and Christian sources is just as ridiculous.

The West is obviously the greater evil, but this does not automatically make the non-West "good". On the contrary, the non-West is -- at best -- a lesser evil.

Why? Simple. The birdemic.

No country in the world -- West or non-West -- has publicly acknowledged or repented the evil of the birdemic.

Not. One. Single. Country.

That includes China, Russia, Hungary and every other country (or state, or city, or jurisdiction) that Christians and conservatives currently hold up as geopolitical beacons of hope.

As long as the birdemic remains unacknowledged and unrepented, there is no good at the level of geopolitics -- only lesser evil.

Although lesser evil is "better" than greater evil, it is still evil -- NOT good.

Stop pretending otherwise!

Agreed but I would go further. Unless any country puts the spiritual, and for the West that means Christianity not some specious "spirituality", front and centre there is no good only degrees of evil.

@ William - Yes, that is essentially what I was implying. Acknowledging and repenting -- and I mean really repenting, not merely apologizing, explaining, or self-correcting -- the birdemic would be confirmation of a step in that direction.

Interesting factoid that may be significant:
I've done multiple image searches on DuckDuckgo. I just did one on Yandex.
There is not a SINGLE photo that I can find in which Putin is wearing a birdemic mask. Not one. But you can even find such images of the Bad Orange Man wearing such a mask.

Also, Mr. Putin stated that nobody should be forced to take a peck. The Orange Man did say that also, of course.
But not a single image of the Fire Nation leader wearing a birdemic mask. Significant? I think so.
How the birdemic was choreographed so that every nation participated is indeed something else.
Another data point: Switzerland for the first time giving up its neutrality to try to neuter the Fire Nation.
Just something to think about.

@ Todd - The acknowledgement and repentance of the evil inherent in the birdemic needs to be explicit, and it needs to be embedded within a Christian perspective.

The Fire Nation has the potential to do so, but it has not done it yet. Moreover, R was totally on board with the birdemic agenda. They manufactured pecks, locked down, social distanced, etc. Granted, the measures may have been less severe, but they were still implemented across the board, regardless of whether the leader wore a mask in public or not.

You are right, my friend. I just thought it was interesting data points.
But it seems that whole nations, like many individuals, wanted to sort of get by. Just skirt the issue, but not be explicit in opposing the evil agenda.
And it's just not enough. Not that it's important, but I wonder what really goes on "behind the scene" in terms of motivations, rewards, punishments, blandishments, deals. Again, it doesn't matter, but it would be interesting in a way. But such things will never be known.

Agreed. Probably, the longer this non-repentance continues, the less likely it becomes.

If ever anybody ever does repent and commit to the side of Good - we will hear about it, I feel sure. It would provoke a cataclysmic condemnation the like of which we've never yet heard.

@ Bruce - I'm not ruling out the possibility of repentance, but it rarely if ever occurs at the level of geopolitics. For now, greater geopolitical evil and lesser geopolitical evil are locked in an intense battle, but real Good can only appear at the geopolitical level once the ultimate evil of the birdemic and the global coup is explicitly acknowledged and repented. In the meantime, the important struggles are unfolding at the level of individuals.

Absolutely true. As you and others have said before me, it is no use saying "At least this isn't so bad." That is like saying: "If you cross the street here, you will only get hit by a Mini Cooper rather than an 18 wheel truck." Either it is bad or it is good. I am pretty sure that if we don't make sure WE are actively seeking the Good only, the Luciferic, Ahrimnic, or Sorathic spirits won't do it for us.
